Honest

I went in to see Mike about picking up an auto policy. I arrived late in the afternoon and although he had a very busy day still ahead of him, he took the time to sit down with me and patiently went over all the different carriers I qualified for in order to get me the best and least expensive rate based on my needs. He was friendly, fun, and extremely kind. And he genuinely did all he could to get me the very best rate. He was so honest and upfront with me, that he quickly garnered my respect and my trust.
